The Challenge:
Petra came with a simple ask: We need a Marketing Plan as our business is changing. Through our discovery process it became clear that while yes, Petra needed an objective Marketing Plan that was uniquely different than what they had in the past, what they were really asking for was: acquiring net new customers, increasing their retention and optimizing their operations to run faster with less resources.
The Solution:
During this process, we set three key metrics around new business, elongating retention of current customers, and hours and systems automated. To accomplish this work we identified updated branding with a new website and members portal, digital marketing outreach with persona based campaigns as well as new CRM and Marketing Automation implementations.
