Boundless was in need of a start-up package..."the works". They are a small and mighty team having already booked ~15 virtual and in-person events in the first quarter (all over the country) and were chasing branding, website, messaging, advertising, and automation to ensure their business growth wouldn't be limited by internal operations.
Because of their size and the volume of priorities, we knew automation for these guys was going to be key. We had a few early jam sessions where we got to know their business and fell in love with it almost as much as them! From there, we put on our creation and execution hats and drove a website, infographics, email marketing, digital marketing, CRM and Marketing Automation within a 2-month time frame. Because of the speed and need to go-to-market, we treated this as an iterative process knowing more will be coming and we will grow into it, together.
We love this site and the message it conveys. It will be a continuous work-in-progress as the business and services evolve but this certainly meets them where they are + some. The site is fully integrated with e-commerce for event based checkouts, month-to-month subscriptions and subscription management, their CRM (HubSpot) and Marketing Automation Platforms. Check it out!
We needed a way to convey the inspirational message of what Boundless helps individuals accomplish in their lives. There is no better vehicle to reach an audience the way we needed to than video. We worked with Boundless to create the script, produce the shoot and take care of the post production. We will use this video not only for the website but in the scope documents and social media efforts.

With the nature of Boundless events happening multiple times per month in different cities across the US, we needed a way to keep track of registrations as well as attendance. Instead of using a third-party event registration platform to protect their margins, we built this power into their CRM and Website. Now each registrant receives a confirmation email with calendar links, and multiple lead-up emails reminding them about the event to protect the registration to attendance conversion.
We have worked with their sales and operations teams to automate the scopes/ agreements they have for their clients. With this fully integrated into their CRM, e-signature and Automated Operations processes, creating a custom scope in minutes is now a reality. Furthermore, when the deal is signed, it automatically triggers the fulfillment teams to begin their on-boarding workflows.

With any new business, having tangible materials on hand is a nice thing to have! We worked with Boundless to design a series of thank-you cards with inspirational messaging on them, buttons, QR codes for events and infographics to explain the different service offerings. They use these in the traditional print sense as well as digital sends.
Working with the client, we helped design, write and develop their day-to-day planning guides and product subscriptions. Because of what Boundless does, the NEEDED their own custom branded journal and tool set. Through on-going meetings, design sessions and vetting printers all the way to beta and focus groups to product launch – we are proud to announce the new Boundless Life & Journal!
