Petra presented a straightforward request: the development of a Marketing Plan to align with the evolving needs of our business. As we dove deeper into the requirements, it became evident that Petra sought not only a fresh Marketing Plan but also strategies aimed at acquiring new customers, enhancing retention rates, and streamlining operations for greater efficiency.
In response, we established three primary objectives: acquiring new customers, bolstering customer retention, and optimizing operational efficiency through automation. To achieve these goals, we proposed a comprehensive approach encompassing updated branding, including a new website and members portal, targeted digital marketing initiatives tailored to specific customer personas, and the implementation of advanced CRM and Marketing Automation systems.
In collaboration with Petra, we successfully produced a series of videos strategically aligned with our Marketing Plan. These videos encompassed various objectives, including social outreach to bolster our Lead Generation Goals, New Member Videos aimed at enhancing engagement, as well as Client Onboarding and diverse Promotion Videos.

As part of our retention and engagement goals, we wanted to create a secure area for Petra Members to receive VIP access to editorial events and content as well as worksheets, workbooks and on-demand content specific to their teams. This portal is fully integrated with their new website and CRM which handles authentication (through the CRM), allows for live chat routing to their specific account rep in real time and pulls in member specific content managed through their website.

Further more, when the deal is signed, it automatically triggers the fulfillment teams to begin their on-boarding workflows.
